How does 1on1Boss work?
1on1Boss gives you one screen for each meeting you have set up, so one screen for each colleague you have a meetings with. If you are a boss or manager you will be able to set up one meeting for each direct report you have. We offer unlimited meetings on all plans, so set up as many as you like even if it’s not a regular meeting.
Switch meeting menu: Change your active meeting screen, or start a new meeting with another colleague. All plans offer unlimited meetings.
Private Notes 💡
a.k.a. your discussion topic ideas 😉
When you have a new idea or discussion topic for any of your 1:1 meetings you start by adding a private note to the “Incoming” column. All discussion topics start as a private note and are not immediately shared with your colleague.

Share it 🤲
Once you are ready to commit the topic as a discussion point for your next meeting you commit the card to a shared column. Click on the topic, select
Clicking a discussion topic, brings it in to focus. Click “Move to, to discuss” to shared it with your colleague.
Complete it 🤲
You can move your discussion topics through each column, To Discuss → In Progress → Completed, as the status changes. Click on the card to see the progression of comments along the way.
